The Goblet Header gives a cylinder effect above a 3 Pinch Pleat and is created using the buckram; the Goblets are then stuffed with wadding to ensure they stay crisp and rounded. The length of the Goblet depends on the length of the curtains allowing even the shortest of curtains to have the Goblet Header.

The curtain hooks are normally placed at the top of the Goblet Header so the curtains hang below the ring/track hooks.
